We do ship to all USA, APO's FPO's, Canada, Mexico, Japan, many EU and some selected non- EU countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please make sure the product(s) you are trying to purchase is not banned for import in your country. Any customs/VAT fees must be paid by customer.

Items with known customs issues are DHEA, Gaba, Creatine, Melatonin, HGH and any anabolics. In some countries, buying more than 3 months supply can also have some customs issues. Contact us if you have any questions regarding customs.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Our delivery time for USA is between 5 to 7 business days, please consider weekends and holidays. We ship from South Florida, please take this into consideration for West Coast or International orders. We process all orders within 2 working days to give enough time for last minute changes or cancellations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If your purchase is going outside the United States, we recommend you to get insurance, please contact us for any instructions and find out about any restrictions that may be enforced by your local customs law. If an item is delay, stop or return back to us, it may take weeks until we get it back and we will need you help to locate the status of the item so we can resolve the issue as fast as possible.

Payments:

We take VISA, MC, Amex, Discover, Paypal and Google Checkout. All credit card purchases must be verified for authenticity before we even process the payment to protect customers and our business. If there are any issues with your payment information, we will contact you to the provided contact number and email before shipping any orders, if we are unable to contact you within 7 days, we will cancel the sale, please save your online receipts and check the status of your purchase by going to the My Account page.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS. Please note that if you use the conversion system, you must assume the same cost in USA dollars, if in doubt or have any questions, please use a free online service such as www.xe.com to check about the conversion rates. This is a USA shop, prices are originally listed in dollars. Euros or UK Pounds show only as a service. We process orders in dollars and all final amounts must be validated in dollars.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You will need a Return Authorization Number before sending back any item, along with instructions on how to do this.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of mailing the package back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If an Item is in back order, you will be contacted within 3 business days if we are unable to get it with the same period of time.
