Directions:

Blender - Add one scoop of ONs 100% Egg Protein to a blender filled with 6 to 8 fl oz of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Cover and blend for 20 to 30 seconds. Add 1 to 2 ice cubes then blend for an additional 30 seconds. Serve. For a delicious Smoothie, try adding banana, peanut butter, flaxseed oil, and/or other ingredients (along with the ice cubes) to your blended egg protein shake.
