Other Ingredients: Cellulose, sorbitol, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica, cherry flavor, cyanocobalamin, malic acid.

Free Of: Sugar, gelatin, preservatives, fructose, honey, artificial flavors, colors, soy, yeast, wheat, milk, starch or egg derivatives.

Directions: One Dot daily or as directed. For best results each Dot is to be held under the tongue until completely dissolved to maximize absorption of the B-12.
