Twinlab Calcium Citrate Chewable Wafers provide an easily absorbed and digested form of calcium that is excellent for people with lower levels of stomach acid, individuals with greater calcium needs, or those who have difficulty swallowing and digesting large calcium tablets. We've provided 800 IU of Vitamin D3 (per adult serving) to support optimal calcium absorption.
