Directions

As a dietary supplement, use the chart below to determine the amount of capsules to take 15 minutes prior to, and 15 minutes after, a meal which corresponds to the carbohydrates and fats listed below. Drink with 8 oz. of water. Any fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K) or essential fatty acids should be taken at least 4 hours before or after ingestion of this product. Do not consume more than 3 servings per day. 

Do not use CHEATES RELIEF(TM) if you are sensitive or allergic to shellfish (this product contains Chitosan which is derived from shellfish.) If you are sensitive or allergic to any form of shellfish, you should avoid use of this product. Before beginning any weight loss program, consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you have any pre-existing medical condition including (but not limited to): hypotension, hypertension, heart, liver, thyroid disease, diabetes, psychiatric disease, asthma, pernicious anemia, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, cardiac arrhythmias, stroke, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other prescription drug. Do not use if you are pregnant, contemplating pregnancy, or nursing. For use by healthy adults only. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
