• A 3395 mg blend of soluble fibers such as psyllium, guar gum and apple pectin per dose, supplying the amount of fiber found in two servings of oatmeal. These fibers act as natural bulking agents.

• A combination of herbs traditionally recommended to stimulate digestion and reduce flatulence, such as ginger, fennel, peppermint, fenugreek and yellow dock.

• Prune powder, traditionally considered supportive of normal elimination.

• Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), natural long-chain carbohydrates that act as food for beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacteria.

Directions: As a dietary supplement to increase your intake of dietary fiber, take 6 capsules, preferably on an empty stomach, 1/2 hour before or two hours after a meal, such as bedtime or first thing in the morning.
