Green Tea is made by picking from the tea plant the first tender leaves of spring which are then steamed, rolled, and then dried with hot air. Good Earth's Decaffeinated Green Tea is made by a special natural CO2 process to preserve its antioxidants. This process retains the benefical antioxidant properties. Antioxidants are natural substances that protect the body from the damaging effect of free radicals, which are highly reactive and unstable molecules that are associated with a number of adverse effects in the body.

Directions:
Hot Tea: Steep one tea bag in a cup o fboiling water for three minutes, add sweetener if desired.
Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 6 bags in a quart container. Let steep for 10 minutes. Add two cups of cold water. Pour over ice.
