Kelp thallus (Ascophyllum nodosum) is a salt-water plant that is high in minerals including iodine, which is needed for healthy thyroid function.

Other Ingredients: Rice flour, vegetable cellulose, USP Purified water, calcium silicate, magnesium oxide.

Directions: As a dietary supplement take one (1) capsule once a day, preferably with food or water.

Warnings: If pregnant or nursing, on medication, have a history of thyroid imbalance, consult with your healthcare practitioner.  

Use no longer than 4-6 weeks unless directed by your healthcare practitioner.
