Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) is an herb with nervine properties and has been suggested for insomnia, headaches, hyper excitability, hypertension, heart disease, after birth pains, anxiety, tension, stress, nervous stomach, palpitations, menstrual cramps and muscle spasms.

We extract with the appropriate solvents, high alcohol if necessary; then concentrate by vacuum distillation.
 

Other Ingredients: Holistically balanced fluid extract (1:1) of Valerian Root.

Additional Ingredients: In a base of Triple filtered Water, Coconut Glycerin and 12-15% Certified Organic Alcohol.

Directions As a dietary supplement 1/2-2ml. (approx. 14-56 drops) 1-3 times a day.

Warnings Safety sealed with an outer shrinkwrap around cap.
