Other Ingredients: Super Milk Thistle: Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, beeswax, and lecithin. Whole Body Cleanse Laxative Formula: Cellulose, modified cellulose gum, modified cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, lecithin and carnuba wax. Fiber Formula: Cellulose, gelatin, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.

Free Of: Sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, dairy products, artificial coloring, artificial flavoring, and preservatives.

Directions: Super Milk Thistle: Day 1 through day 7: One Softgel at night. Day 8 through 14:One Softgel in the morning and two at night.

Whole Body Cleanse Laxative Formula: Day 1 through day 7: Three tablets at bedtime with 8 oz of water. Day 8 through 14: Two tablets at bedtime with 8 oz of water. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.

Fiber Formula: For 14 days, take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 at night, with 8 oz of water. Or, may be taken as 8 capsules at night with 8 oz of water. For more information, see enclosed guide.
